As a Cazarin client, you'll be involved in your project from start to finish.
We will work closely with you throughout the following stages of development, bringing
in the skills and talents of our various departments throughout the process. These
steps help to ensure that your project is delivered on time, within budget, and that
you are fully satisfied with your website.

 Discovery - In this initial idea-exchange, we will work together to determine the purpose and goals for the website. We'll discuss marketing strategies, target audiences, and ROI expectations. We'll begin to explore if Cazarin is a match for your project. Based on the information gathered, we can provide you with a general estimate for the project, as well as strategies and alternative options to reach your goals.

 Needs Analysis - This process is used when the project is complex or it has e-Commerce shopping cart involved. We will use the information gathered during an interview process phase as a basis for developing a comprehensive "road map" for your project. The goal is to create the "Information Architecture" for your website. The Needs Analysis includes: online marketing strategies, target market summary, competitor's research and comprehensive information architecture of your website. Together we will review all options, and upon your approval of the project's direction, we will initiate "Phase One" development. You'll also have an opportunity to meet your Project Manager, who will be your dedicated contact point throughout the project.

 Design - At this stage, we'll bring in our design team to gather information for creating your website's "look and feel." Based on a detailed questionnaire, we will gather your feedback on a number of design topics: colors, feelings, layout, navigation, and more. This is the ideal time to provide us with any graphics to be used within the design such as logos or photos of your products or facility.

 Framework Development - Once you have approved a final design, we will begin to program sub-level sections for your site, as well as any special systems or databases included. At this point in the project, you will have access to your site's progress at a private Internet location.

 Editorial Development - After the framework is in place, we will be ready to input your content. Actual content organization begins very early in the project, so that all materials are ready for inclusion in the site by this point. Professional content editing and copywriting services are available through CWG's Copy/Editing department.

 Quality Assurance - By this stage, your website is almost complete. We thoroughly review the site to ensure that everything works properly: all links are in place, graphics load correctly, content is complete, and layout is exactly right. We also test the site against various browser platforms and computer formats. We'll ask you to complete a final review of your site prior to its launch.

 Launch Site - Your site will be uploaded to its server (under our hosting program or yours) and made "live" for the world to see.

 Web Marketing - We offer a number of additional services to help you advertise and promote your website. From search engine registration to full-fledged marketing campaigns, we will help you determine your needs and the best strategies for reaching your target markets.
