Ticket Billing Policy

The following charges will apply to all chargeable tickets (action requests):

  • Client-Created Tickets: Minimum charge of 30 minutes.
    Create tickets via your eProject dashboard or use our easy form at cazarin.info/support
  • Tickets Created by Cazarin via Email or Phone: Minimum charge of 45 minutes.
  • Project Tickets: Minimum charge of 15 minutes.

Additionally, please note that all ticket notations are billed in quarter-hour increments.
