Requests received before 2:00 PM US-CST:
- Critical Issue: Response within four business hours
- Normal Issue: Response within one business day
Requests received after 2:00 PM and out of business hours will be processed the next business day.
Basic Hosting Clients
- Critical Issue: Response within one business day
- Normal Issue: Response within two business days
